AMSOIL Product Reviews Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your conduct associated with the Product Review service offered by AMSOIL INC.

By submitting a product review to AMSOIL INC., you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original author of your review
• You voluntarily waive all 'moral rights' that you may have in such content
• All content you post is accurate
• You are at least 18 years old
• Use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms & Conditions

You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:

• That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading
• That infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy
• That violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising)

(and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers), harmless from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

For any content that you submit, you grant AMSOIL INC. a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content that you submit may be used at the sole discretion of AMSOIL INC. AMSOIL INC. reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on the AMSOIL website that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms & Conditions. AMSOIL INC. does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through AMSOIL to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, AMSOIL INC. reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not AMSOIL INC., are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of AMSOIL INC., its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third-party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

AMSOIL INC. may require you to provide certain information or data in order to submit a review. By submitting a review, you agree and consent to the commercial use and display by AMSOIL INC. (whether online or offline) of all such information or data you provide with, or as part of, your review (including, but not limited to, any name, user name, screen name or other identifier, and any age, location, or other personal information you choose to provide).

By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that AMSOIL INC. and its third-party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and other administrative purposes.

AMSOIL disclaims anywarranties, express or implied, including by not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for aparticularpurpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent provided by applicable law. AMSOIL does not represent that theservicesavailable via the Site will be uninterrupted or free from error, or that any defects will be corrected. AMSOIL provides nowarranties concerning the use of the contents of the Site as to accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL AMSOIL BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY ORCONSEQUENTIAL, DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, EVEN IF AMSOIL HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY NOTIFIED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE,INABILITY TO USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, U.S.A., without regard to choice oflaw provisions. Where federal jurisdiction applies to any matter arising from this Agreement, jurisdiction over and venue inany legal proceeding shall be in the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Any user choosing toaccess this Site from other countries or locations do so of their own accord and are responsible for compliance withapplicable local laws. AMSOIL makes no representation that the materials provided on this Site are appropriate oravailablefor use in other locations, and access where its content is illegal is strictly prohibited.

Severability and Integration

If any portion of these Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full forceandeffect.
