BENZ GRIND HP

  • Technology: Straight Oil
  • Materials: Multi-metal (no carbide)
  • Applications: Severe to Mild

AMSOIL Industrial BENZ GRIND HP Grinding Oil is an exceptionally stable fluid formulated to prevent grinding burn and residual stress by minimizing grinding-zone temperatures. It delivers the benefits from the synergistic surface active chemistry developed through extensive tribological research conducted in conjunction with the University of Wisconsin Engineering School and the U.S. Department of Defense.

  • Reduces grinding temperatures to improve wheel life and part geometry, reducing operating costs.
  • Unique, carefully balanced combination of synthetic friction modifiers ensure maximum purity and filterability.
  • Readily separates from grinding swarf to help keep machines clean.
  • Excellent lubrication and temperature control decreases cycle times.
  • Resists misting for a cleaner facility.
