BENZ KOOL 1300

  • Technology: Semi-synthetic Fluid
  • Materials: Multi- metal
  • Applications: Severe

AMSOIL Industrial BENZ KOOL 1300 Semi-Synthetic Metalworking Fluid is designed for high-performance aluminum cutting and grinding while maintaining strong performance in ferrous applications. It was developed to provide superior surface finishes and part quality, extended tool life and reduced power consumption with minimal odor and strong environmental compliance.

  • Superior boundary lubrication helps extend tool life and produce excellent surface finish on aluminum alloys.
  • Excellent foam control in high-pressure applications for improved cutting performance and fluid maintenance.
  • Operates at lower running concentration, reducing cost.
  • Micro-emulsion minimizes carry-off on parts and chips, reducing fluid usage.
  • Stability in hard-water environments for longer fluid life.
  • Excellent corrosion control on ferrous metals and non-staining on cast and wrought aluminum alloys.
