AMSOIL Industrial FILM KUT is a moderate-duty straight cutting oil designed to provide exceptional tool life in a variety of machining operations, including tapping, drilling, sawing and turning. It is fortified with extreme-pressure additives to produce a low-shear-strength film to help reduce the cutting forces required and increase tool life.
- Boundary-lubrication properties result in enhanced surface finishes.
- Low-foaming properties to maintain consistent flow at the point of cut and aid environmental profile and operator acceptance.
- Multi-metal compatibility supports a variety of applications.
- Low misting and evaporation for reduced fluid loss and improved shop environment.
- Particularly well-suited for multi-spindle screw-machining operations.
