AMSOIL Industrial MULTI KUT Chlorine-Free Cutting Oil is designed for severe-duty, ferrous and non-ferrous metal operations requiring extreme-pressure properties. It was developed to overcome the limitations of typical non-chlorinated fluids to deliver the consistent finishes and part quality required of a high-performance fluid for cutting operations.
- Fortified with extreme-pressure additives to produce a low-shear- strength film that helps reduce the cutting forces required and increase tool life.
- Boundary-lubrication properties result in enhanced surface finishes.
- Safe for use in older automatic screw machines and newer, more sophisticated machines with the added benefit of multi-metal applicability.
- Chlorine-free technology for improved environmental profile and reduced disposal costs.
- Resists oxidation, reducing costs associated with fluid disposal and replacement.
- MULTI KUT 916, 939 and 2039 are non-staining and safe for use when machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
- MULTI KUT 994 and 2320 contain active sulfur and should not be used to machine yellow metals.
