PETRAULIC

  • Base Oil Technology: Mineral
  • Viscosity Range: ISO 22-460
  • Viscosity Index: 89-107

AMSOIL Industrial PETRAULIC Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil is designed for mobile and industrial equipment requiring an oil with anti-wear (AW) properties that withstands high temperatures, high pressures and tight-tolerance servo-valve systems without thermal or mechanical breakdown. Its combination of highly refined base oils and select additives yields excellent service life and equipment life, while keeping components clean and performing under extreme conditions.

  • Anti-wear additives reduce wear in hydraulic systems.
  • Thermally stable to reduce varnish.
  • Readily separates from water to extend fluid life.
  • Excellent filterability to maintain cleanliness.
  • High viscosity index helps maintain viscosity in high-heat environments.
  • Low foaming properties to maintain reliable protection.
  • Fortified with corrosion and oxidation inhibitors to resist the effects of condensation for longer equipment life.

Zinc Containing AW Hydraulic Oil

The price/performance chart compares the price and performance of AMSOIL Industrial AW hydraulic oils that contain zinc, with performance measured on the X axis and price on the Y axis. Products are listed in ascending order of both performance and price, forming a diagonal line at a 45-degree angle from bottom-left to top-right. The listed products, from left to right, are PETRAULIC, a mineral oil; PETRAULIC-VR, a mineral oil; PETRAULIC-LT, a mineral oil; HELIOS-VR, a synthetic oil; and HELIOS-XT, a synthetic oil.
