AMSOIL Industrial QUENCH ALL is designed for the controlled cooling of heat-treated carbon and alloy steels to produce clean, deposit-free parts of maximum and uniform finished hardness. It is formulated with thermally stable refined base oils, a unique speed-enhancing additive and optimized oxidation inhibitors.

  • Resists boiling and rapidly wets out on hot metal surfaces. 
  • Controls cooling rate to the austenite-martensite transformation zone.
  • Thermal and oxidative stability for longer fluid life.
  • Minimal drag-out reduces carry-off to produce clean, deposit-free parts.
  • Unique speed-enhancing additive for consistent cooling that provides uniform hardness of parts.
