60-DAY RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

Products in their original condition that have not been altered and remain intact in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for other AMSOIL products within 60 days of purchase, minus any freight charges. A 20% handling and restocking fee will apply to all returns and exchanges. Special-order items may not be returned or exchanged. Products must be unopened, currently marketed products in resalable condition.*

Products exchanged may only be exchanged for other AMSOIL products of equal or lesser value; no monetary consideration or credits will be provided as part of any product exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact your AMSOIL Sales Representative. Photographs of the products are required prior to return in order to demonstrate the condition of the products and packaging.

AMSOIL reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that fails to meet the above-listed conditions, and the determination in each instance shall be made by the AMSOIL Distribution Manager. In those instances where products are shipped to AMSOIL but fail upon inspection to satisfy the necessary conditions for a return or exchange, AMSOIL will contact the customer for further instructions. The customer shall be responsible for all shipping or freight charges associated with any return or exchange. Effective June 27, 2022.
